Solicitation is being solicited as a total small business set aside. The required delivery is 310 days ARO. Export Control and Higher level applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or around September 19, 2025 .
This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
