Description
The U.S. Government is conducting market research to identify qualified small business manufacturers or suppliers capable of producing Cable Assembly, SPEC in accordance with a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). This notice is issued solely for planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued on or about October 13, 2025.
This requirement is to establish a Five-Year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a minimum quantity of 80 units and a maximum quantity of 200 units applicable to the Avenger DP System.

Interested small businesses should submit a written response including the following information:
1. Company Name, Address, and Point of Contact
2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code
3. Confirmation of Small Business status under NAICS 335999
4. Brief Capability Statement (no more than 2 pages) addressing relevant experience and manufacturing capacity to include the ability to manufacture per a Government TDP
