- PURPOSE: The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract(s) for Cable Furnish and Install for Outdoor Construction. This will include, but is not limited to, the installation of conduit/high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by means of boring or trenching, core drilling, hand holes locate conductors, fiber optic cable, splicing, testing and restoration.Master Contract Release: C-1165. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Staci Stoerzinger, via email at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us no later than January 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the AMS in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
