VA New Jersey Health Care System (VANJHCS) specifically at the Lyons campus is looking to continue providing TV channels to the entire campus located at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07939 via satellite service. In addition to the channel service, maintenance and service recovery should be included with the request to provide excellent customer service to the VANJHCS. Currently DirecTV equipment is installed and the previous service provider is DirecTV. We are looking to establish a relationship with a certified 3rd party biller and authorized retailer of DirecTV service that can act on the behalf of the government to maintain equipment, equipment inventory and schedule of replacement equipment, as well as invoice and bill on a fixed firm price basis for a base + four option year contract. - Documents:
