Description:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Category 6 UTP ethernet compliant cabling materials and installation upgrade for thirteen (13) District sites. Tucson Unified School District has dramatically increased network traffic in recent years. This project will support the expansion of current and future network traffic through installation of network wiring, and Outdoor Access Points (OAP), and related equipment.The proposal that is deemed to most cost-effectively meet the stated Applicant requirements, and therefore is in the best interest of the Applicant, will be selected. A purchase order will be issued upon a favorable funding commitment decision, but no sooner than July 1, 2026, in accordance with TUSD accounting procedures. In addition, the District reserves the right to limit or modify the scope of work based on budgetary limitations unrelated to the E-Rate program.
