1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not constitute a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking quotations and will not accept unsolicited offers. Interested vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the interested party-s expense. Not responding to this Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on https://www.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
2. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) is conducting market research to find potential vendors capable of installing CAC Enabled Doors IAW Attachment 1- Draft PWS CAC Enabled DACS 20250716.docx . These buildings will need asbestos abatement survey and possiblly require work to be performed by a technician that is minimally Class III AHERA approved and in compliance with Cal OSHA, EM-385-1-1 Manual, VAFB Spec 01000 & 01010.
Please review the draft performance work statement titled Attachment 1- Draft PWS CAC Enabled DACS 20250716.docx . Also, please complete Attachment_2_Sources Sought PWS CAC Enabled DACS .
