This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Janitorial services for the Caddo and Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) Ranger District Office located in Wise county in Texas. These services are subject to the Service Contract Labor standards and this RFQ has the following attachments: (01) WD-TX, (02) SOW-PWS, (03) Schedule of Items, (04) Contractor Items-Personnel, (05) Exhibit A and (06) Exhibit B, which combined with this Solicitation provides the wage determination rates, details, specifications and locations of this requirement.
This solicitation will be awarded as a Purchase Order to 1 vendor as a Base Year + 4 Option Years Contract. Each Option Year is not guaranteed and will be subject to: (1) funds availability and (2) sustained satisfactory contractor performance. Option Years will be exercised near the end of each Period of Performance.
Period of Performance is: 02/01/2025 - 01/31/2026 (BASE)02/01/2026 - 01/31/2027 (OY1)02/01/2027 - 01/31/2028 (OY2)02/01/2028 - 01/31/2029 (OY3)02/01/2029 - 01/31/2030 (OY4)
The government intends to award a contract without discussion, refer to FAR 52.215-1(f)(4) Instructions to Offerors-Competitive Acquisition (Nov 2021).
