(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation only. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S25Q0020 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05, Dated August 07, 2025.
(3) This acquisition will be competed as a 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 562112 with a $47M small size standard.
(4) Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for contract award must submit a quote based on the below CLIN(S). Vendors shall submit completed Vendor information table (see RFQ pg.15).
(5) Questions must be emailed to the addresses below, by 1:00 PM Arizona Time on 15 August 2025. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation by 4:00 PM Arizona Time on 19 August 2025.
