THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of the Solicitation is to contract with a responder(s) to provide Cafeteria and Catering Food Service for MSRS, contract release number F-565. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to justin.patrick@state.mn.us no later than April 29, 2025. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response. An in person pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Minnesota Retirement System Building (60 Empire Drive, St. Paul, MN 55103) for all interested responders to review any concerns regarding this Request for Proposal on April 25, 2025, 11:00 AM CT. Attendance at this meeting is NOT MANDATORY but is strongly recommended. To attend, Responders should R.S.V.P to justin.patrick@state.mn.us by April 24, 2025.
