INVITATION TO BIDDEPARTMENT OF BUILDINGS AND GENERAL SERVICESSTATE OF VERMONTContractors are invited to bid on the Caledonia County Work Camp Reroof Project for The Departmentof Buildings and General Services at 1266 US Route 5 in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.This project consists of, but is not limited to:Replace the existing thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roofing, adding additional rigidinsulation to meet current state energy standards and improve drainage. This includes a parapetimprovement and new metal sheeting (cap and drainage flashing). Work per architecturaldrawings and specifications.Sealed Bids accompanied by proper Bid Security will be received by email atBGS.VTBids@vermont.gov, until February 9, 2024, at 4:30 PM.Documents may be obtained from Blueprints, Etc., 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, byphone at 802.865.4503, by fax at 802.865.0027 or email to: orders@blueprintsetc.com.
