- The City of Pasadena Department of Water & Power is seeking specialty and industrial gas suppliers to furnish and deliver calibration gases for daily use and linearity testing of the Certified Emissions Monitoring System as well as industrial gases for the Broadway and Glenarm Power Plant on “as needed” basis for the duration of contract.The frequency and quantity of ordering the calibration and industrial gases will vary. The best estimate for required amount of gases is indicated in the Bidder-s Proposal. The City shall have the right to order more or less as it sees fit.
