CALSETS is seeking a request for proposal (RFP) for 9 kHz to 3 GHz Signal Generators for its Army Calibration Laboratories. The Army shall use the Signal Generators for the calibration of Radio Test Sets, Frequency Counters, Navigation Test Sets, RADAR Test Sets, RF Power Test Sets and other applications. These are the changes made to Solicitation W31P4Q-25-R-0043 Amendment 0018 (Solicitation document labeled 0003): 1. Re-open solicitation with new closing date of 12 September 2025. 2. Updated Schedule 3. The US government attached the Pricing Spreadsheet and the Technical Requirements Specification Matrix to the solicitation. 4. Added the requirement to complete and submit specification matrix in Section L, under PROPOSAL FILES, paragraph c, see Volume I Technical: ? VOLUME I TECHNICAL. Each Technical Proposal shall contain the completed Requirements Specification Matrix for 9 kHz to 3 GHz Signal Generators demonstrating how the contractors proposed equipment meets each of the Governments requirements specified for the item being acquired. Failure to provide the Requirements Specification Matrix will result in a disqualification of the proposal and will no longer be considered for selection. 5. Added the requirement to complete and submit the pricing spreadsheet in Section L, under PROPOSAL FILES, paragraph c, see Volume II Cost/Price: ? The Offeror MUST fill out attached pricing spreadsheet and return it completed. Failure to provide this pricing spreadsheet will result in a disqualification of the proposal and will no longer be considered for selection. 6.
