Description : The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified, high-caliber digital media agencies to serve as CCC¿s paid and organic digital media contractor of record. The selected contractor will collaborate with CCC and its Communications, Outreach, Recruitment, and Enrollment (CORE) branch to create digital media marketing strategies and campaigns, based on the attached Scope of Work in Exhibit A, that build on the strengths and strategies of CCC¿s current digital media while introducing new, creative ideas to promote CCC¿s program offerings to maximize enrollment and retention; provide multi-segment, integrated communications services through holistic, statewide digital media marketing campaigns with the goal of promoting a positive brand image with the public and targeted audiences; and generate third-party validation through effective digital media relations.Please be mindful of the key action dates listed in the RFP.**Addendum 1, a revised RFP Packet was posted 11/8/24****Q&A was posted 11/18/2024; Addendum 2, a revised RFP Packet and RFP Attachments were posted 11/18/24****Submission deadline has been extended to November 25th at 2:00PM****Intent to Award posted 01/10/2025, last day to protest is 01/17/2025**
