The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service/Alaska Fisheries Science Center requires a Calorimeter unit This is a Brand Name or Equal solicitation utilizing FAR Part 52.211-6 procedures. The desired product is a Parr Instruments 6420 CLEA Expandable Automatic Isoperibol Calorimeter and additional oxygen bomb unit to assist with servicing.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
