Description:
Work of the Project includes renovation of a bank building for use as an outpatient behavioral health clinic on the ground level. The existing structure incorporates cmu with steel web joist framing for the ground floor and steel and wood framing for the first floor. There is no exterior scope to the project. The interior renovation consists of demolition of most existing interior partitions and rebuilding according to the new floor plan. New casework and finishes shall also be applied. Existing ceilings shall be removed, and new ceilings, lighting, and mechanical equipment shall be installed. New mechanical systems (heat pumps and gas furnaces) will replace existing gas-fueled water radiator heating and heat pump cooling units. Plumbing work includes removal of existing pipes and providing new waste and supply lines and plumbing fixtures. Reconfiguring existing panels shall also occur. New power and data receptacles shall also be configured according to the new floor plans.
