This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for Camera Equipment. This is a small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 449210 and the size standard is $40 million. Solicitation number 2025UFR#5 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 Effective June 11, 2025. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made. To register with SAM, log on to https://www.sam.gov. This Request for Quote will result in a firm fixed price contract. This announcement is the solicitation which will result in a firm fixed-price contract. A contract will be awarded to the contractor who provides the quote will the lowest price, price is able to be determined fair & reasonable, that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis/solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. Quotes for this solicitation should reflect pricing broken down and clearly indicate the total price. If pricing is not clear to the Contracting agent, the award may be delayed or lead to disqualification of your firm's submittal.
