Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, The Texas Military Department(TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from General Contractors toreplace the roof at the Camp Mabry facility in Austin, Texas. Work includes aroof replacement to mitigate life safety and code-related deficiencies. Thetotal estimated cost of this project is $1,900,000.00. The Request for Proposal(RFP) solicitation documents are on www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd the ElectronicState Business Daily (ESBD) website. General Contractors must request via thegroup email FY25CSMSRoofReplacement@cfmo.mil.texas.gov the Drawings/Plans andSpecifications electronically in digital format. Vendors MUST attend one (1) ofthe two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 10:00 AM CT Tuesday, April 22, 2025, OR10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 2200 West 35th Street, Building 92(Main Entrance) Austin, TX 78703. Failure to attend one of the two site visitswill result in disqualification of the response.
