Description : The Consultant Project Manager will coordinate with the University¿s Project Manager tohelp develop and identify participants for a Project Steering Committee.The Project Kick-Off Meeting will include the Consultant Project Manager, University¿sProject Manager, and Project Steering Committee to review project goals and strategies;identify available data; establish communication channels with other stakeholders,departments, and agencies; review and list required elements and standards; and discusspublic engagement and outreach processes.The Consultant will develop a Data Needs Memo prior to this Kick-Off Meeting andprovide it to the University¿s Project Manager. The Consultant¿s Project Manager willcoordinate with the University¿s Project Manager to establish the procedures andparticipants for this Kick-Off Meeting as well as to discuss participation in the SteeringCommittee.The Consultant will prepare and maintain a project schedule throughout the life of theproject. The schedule will be updated in coordination with the University's ProjectManager.See Attached RFP #HM25001 for further details.
