In accordance with FAR 15.206(e), the Request for Lease Proposal 57-10005-26-FA (RLP), is hereby CANCELLED in its entirety.
RLP Amendment No. 1 (02/25/2026)
The attached RLP Amendment number 1 is hereby issued to provide additional clarification on aspects of the RLP, Draft Lease and its exhibits based on pre-proposal communications prior to receipt of initial offers.
Please execute and return one (1) signed copy of the amendment acknowledging receipt by not later than 4:30 PM EASTERN, Thursday, April 2, 2026.
All other aspects of RLP 57-10005-26-FA remain unchanged.
