Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), submitted a requirement to obtain firm fixed price Cannabinoid Testing services. The Period of Performance is October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, plus four option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, which has a size standard of $19M. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation will be available on/about August 20, 2025 at (https://sam.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
