Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Service Request for Quote (RFQ) for vault/toilet septic pumping services at Canyon Ferry Recreation Area. Canyon Ferry Recreation Area, which is located approximately 20 miles east of Helena, Montana, and extends south to Townsend, Montana.The Bureau of Reclamation requires continual maintenance of to pump vault toilets and sewage holding tanks at Canyon Ferry Reservoir Recreation Area. The frequency of pumping depends upon the intensity of use and will vary annually. The set amount of pumping annually is 70 (one pump for each vault and holding tank), with an additional ten pumps per year. The total of pumps is 80.It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business using FAR Part 13 procedures.It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about January 20, 2024 via the SAM.gov website, for an anticipated base plus four (4) option periods and 6-month extension.It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.The product service code is M1JZ and the NAICS code is 562991.HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
