This acquisition will be issued as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set-Aside, for the manufacture and delivery of the Cap, Cold Weather (PGC 00423). The Cap, Cold Weather shall be manufactured in accordance with MIL-DTL-32696 dated 28 January 2022; Pattern Date: 21 March 2023.
This procurement will result in one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The contract will consist of five-(5) pricing tiers where each tier will be for a 12-month performance period resulting in a 60-month contract.
The quantities provided below are estimates and may change at the time of solicitation based on changes in demand and supply position.

Minimum Quantity for all five (5) pricing tiers: 6,750 EA Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) Tier 1: 27,000 EA Tier 2: 33,900 EA Tier 3: 33,900 EA Tier 4: 33,900 EA Tier 5: 33,900 EA Maximum Quantity for all five (5) pricing tiers: 203,250 EAProduction Lead Time (PLT) is 150 days for the initial delivery order and 120 days for all subsequent orders.
