- Synopsis : The Contract, entitled DCKA-2026-D-0013 is entered into between the District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement (the District or OCP), on behalf of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). DDOT is seeking a contractor to operate a safe, efficient, and dependable customer service-oriented bikeshare service with well-trained, supervised, managed, and motivated professional operations and maintenance staff. The work must result in operation and maintenance of a public transportation bikeshare system which maximizes safe use of Capital Bikeshare devices, including but not limited to classic bicycles and hybrid ebikes, as an efficient, reliable, customer friendly and widely accepted mode of transportation. The bikeshare service is intended to enhance the public convenience, use, and enjoyment of the customers using the service.
