- Summary : Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement for a Cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) Capital Project Delivery System (CPDS) that supports preconstruction management, construction management, and materials testing. Additionally, the Department may require an option for a Maintenance Management System (MMS), and an option for the extension of CPDS functionality to support the following Department business processes: planning to programming (P2P) which support capital project identification and prioritization; transportation programming; project financial management; consultant contract management and general project management system functionality for the Department-s transportation projects.
