- The Capitol Valley Regional Service Authority for Freeways and Expressways (CVR-SAFE) is a voluntary association of governments including: El Dorado County, Sacramento County, San Joaquin County, Sutter County, Yolo County, and Yuba County. CVR-SAFE is seeking to obtain services related to the removal of a majority of call boxes in the CVR-SAFE Call Box System, as well as those call boxes that are part of the Glenn County SAFE. Services would include full removal and disposal of all call boxes and their components, and remediation of all removed call box sites to the condition required by the cognizant agency.This NIB must downloaded from the Notice Inviting Bids Section. Hard copy submittals are due by postal mail or hand delivery per NIB details.
