This is a notice of contract action (NOCA). The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the VA s intent of contact action, using other than competitive procedures for sole source awards to verified SB concerns, as authorized by VAAR 819.7007. Notice of contract action: Miami VA Medical Center Contracting intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price contract using other-than competitive procedures to Getinge USA Sales, LLC for the purchase of CARDIHELP ECMO Pump. Estimated value of this acquisition is
$105,246.53. Estimated award date is on or before September 04, 2025. This is not a solicitation for quotes. Information available to the Contracting Officer indicates that Getinge USA Sales, LLC is authorized to provide the required items.Responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement which shall be considered by the agency for future procurements but shall in no way bind the agency. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests. All information shall be in writing, sent via email.
