The USPFO for CA intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for construction services to provide labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform and complete carpeting of offices. Work includes Replace
4,000 sf carpet tile &
1,000 of rubber base at building 2272 at 163rd ATKW, March ARB.
Construction/contract completion time is 30 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list.

This action is being procured as a HUBZone SET-ASIDE.
