This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. Solicitation Number: F1S2AA5195AW01 **Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages** This solicitation is issues as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 and DPN 20190215 and DAFAC 2024-0612.

6. Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:
a. The Air Force Test Center (AFTC) and Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a requirement to provide top quality, customer-oriented communications services for Edwards AFB (EAFB).
(1) Estimated Delivery: Service to be performed within 15 days, starting date to be determined once contract is awarded. All work will be performed once given access to the location. All work should be performed on Saturday(s) to allow carpet adequate time to dry before start of the normal work week. Destination Edwards AFB, CA
