Description
Carr Creek Lake Playground Purchase and Installation. Vendor shall furnish and install new outdoor modular playground equipment for Carr Creek Lake in Sassafras, Ky. Playground equipment shall be for an outdoor area with an approximately 46ft X 33ft impact area and be suitable for children 5 to12 years in age. Vendor shall meet or exceed safety standards/certifications of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and equipment must conform to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Public Playground Safety Handbook. Modular Playground unit shall conform to the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disability Act Accessibility Guidelines including section 15.6. Playground system shall contain the features or activities or their equivalent as outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW). Playground system shall be similar or equal to Playmart Orca.
