The solicitation is to furnish and provide three (3) 4-cubic yard sized dumpsters, all labor, materials, transportation, training, and supervision to remove and dispose of all trash and debris from the Carrizo Springs Border Patrol Station Facility. Service location and pick up frequency will be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1).
This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base and four (4) option years. The base year period of performance will be April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026. The entire term of the contract including options will be April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2030.
An award will be made to a responsive offeror who submits all required documentation on time and whose offer is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). An offer is technically acceptable if its technical capabilities conform to the Government-s Statement of Work or listed specification whichever is applicable to the buy.
The Government intends to evaluate the lowest-price quote for technical acceptability and if acceptable, make an award without evaluating other quotes.
Potential offerors must submit their best pricing using the attached Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 2) with their initial quote. Do not make any edits to the formulas and the pricing spreadsheet must be submitted in and excel format.
Include pictures and specifications of the item being offered in PDF format (limit 2 pages). Do not list websites or links. If the offeror fails to provide any of the requested information, the offeror's bid will not be considered for award.
