- This project will replace the failing storm sewer structures throughout the Village of Leesville to restore the efficiency of the storm sewer network and prevent flooding. A total of 23 catch basins will be replaced with ODOT catch basins No. 2-2B-s and tied back into the existing network. The project will restore the effect on surrounding areas.
