The Biosense Webster System Maintenance Agreement Purchase Order shall provide preventive maintenance service on the CARTO® 3 and SMARTABLATE® systems (the “Covered Equipment”) at HARRY S TRUMAN MEMORIAL VA HOSPITAL.
