Description
This Amendment 0005 clarifies and updates the Request for Proposal (RFP) based on questions received from Offerors. The key changes are:1. Extend the proposal response date from 8 May to 15 May 2025. 2. For clarification: The solicitation documents (Standard Forms 30 and 33) remain unchanged by Amendments 3 and 4. These amendments solely address the PIEE Solicitation Module proposal due date, aligning it with the revised date specified in Amendment 2.3. Revisions to RFP Attachments: The following attachments have been revised and are included with this amendment. Changes within each document are highlighted in yellow.
