Description:
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Category 2 network equipment, specifically access points and switches, and required licensing, needed to upgrade network functionality at district wide schools. There will be installation required for access points only for this solicitation and MUST completed by June 30, 2027. Tucson Unified School District intends to apply for federal E-Rate funding discounts for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027).The proposal that is deemed to most cost-effectively meet the stated Applicant requirements, and therefore is in the best interest of the Applicant, will be selected. A purchase order will be issued upon a favorable funding commitment decision, but no sooner than July 1, 2026, in accordance with TUSD accounting procedures. In addition, the District reserves the right to limit or modify the scope of work based on budgetary limitations unrelated to the E-Rate program.
