1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
2. The solicitation number is W912L6-25-Q-A004 issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) in accordance with the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, using the procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025. The FAC and FAR are available at https://www.acquisition.gov.
3. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside with the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722320 - Caterers with a size standard of $9,000,000 and Product and Service Code (PSC) S203: Housekeeping - Food.
4. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred or associated with in relation to the preparation of a proposal for this solicitation, W912L6-25-Q-A004.
5. It is the Government-s intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) contract for Catered Meals services for Oklahoma National Guard members at Camp Dodge, Iowa without discussion.

7. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, incidentals, and supervision for the prepared catered meals as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as an attachment in this solicitation.
8. Delivery and Acceptance of the prepared catered meals will be FOB Destination, per the delivery location stated in the PWS.
