Solicitation Number: W912CN-25-Q-A024 Amendment 2 -Extension to Deadlines
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912CN-25-Q-A024 is issued as an invitation to Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05. See FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 Addendums of this solicitation for detailed information regarding submission of quotes.
This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 813110 - “Religious Organizations”. The size standard is $13.0 (millions of dollars). It is the contractor-s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
PROCUREMENT APPROACH: The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Department of Ministry and Pastoral Care at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, has a requirement for a Roman Catholic Priest to provide Catholic ministry and pastoral care, which includes daily patient pastoral care, Mass (Weekday, Weekend, Holy Day of Obligation as applicable), and on-call emergency services. All job duties, personal qualifications, and endorsements must be performed in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS).
