SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research and seeking sources to provide Catholic Priest Services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. provide military religious support activities that meet the religious requirements of Soldiers, Families, and authorized civilians.
This Sources Sought is requesting responses to the following criteria that can provide the required services. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 813110 “Religious Organizations”, with the corresponding size standard of $13.0 Million.
The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed Type contract type.
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES:
Services provided shall be conducted in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 165-1 Army Chaplain Corps Activities. All services under this contract are to be performed by an ordained Priest of the Catholic Church who is endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA (AMS). The Catholic Priest will provide regular and special Catholic mass, sacraments, and confessions to the Catholic congregation at Fort Buchanan Garrison (USAG) Chapel on every Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation and in emergency circumstances.
Interested vendors MUST be proficient in the English & Spanish language for all Masses, verbal, and written communication.
