AMENDMENT 1 (21July 2025): Updated PSC/FSC code to G002 - Social-Chaplain. Reuploaded Attachment 3, Additional Applicable Clauses and Provisions. This requirement is for the Contractor to serve as the Roman Catholic Priest for the members of the Catholic Community at Space Base Delta 1(SBD 1) and be responsible for the completion of all services outlined in accordance with Attachment 1, PWS. The Contractor shall plan, organize, and coordinate activities for the Catholic community with assistance from the Catholic Parish Advisory Council (CPAC). The Contractor-s areas of responsibility include presiding at all required Catholic liturgical, worship and religious rites/activities.
All solicitation details are outlined in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation document.
Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via e-mail by 20 October 2025 at 1000 MT. All quotations should be sent to, TSgt Holly Hepler at holly.hepler@spaceforce.mil AND Capt Adam Brewer at adam.brewer.4@spaceforce.mil, before the due date and time specified.
