The Naval Supply (NAVSUP) Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ), FL intends to issue a sole source contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the procurement of a Roman Catholic Priest for Naval Air Station (NAS) Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Fort Worth, TX., to Father Richard Flores.
This is not a request for competitive quotes, however all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Rhonda Davis at the email below. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or an invitation to bid.
Period of Performance:
Base Period: 1 October 2025 through 31 January 2026
Option Period 1: 1 February 2026 through 31 January 2027
Option Period 2: 1 February 2027 through 31 January 2028
Option Period 3: 1 February 2028 through 31 January 2029
Option Period 4: 1 February 2029 through 31 January 2030
Option Period 5: 1 February 2030 through 31 July 2030 (52.217-8)

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
If no written responses are received by 10:00 a.m. EDT 13 August 2025, the contract will be solicited without further notice.
It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with a Product Service Code (PSC) G002 and a NAICS of 813110 with a size standard of $13M.
