One year janitorial service for the Cave Creek Ranger District Office in Scottsdale AZ. The old contract expired 12837120P0040. The will be a ONE TIME only site visit on Tuesday 26 August 2025 at 11am starting at he ranger district office. Vender MUST be active in SAM.gov at tim of award. The services will start asap. Payment will be made via IPP.gov only at the end of each month.
Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide janitorial services for two (2) buildings totaling approximately 6,744 square feet at the Cave Creek Ranger District located approximately 40 miles north of central Phoenix. All work shall be performed in accordance with this performance work state and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. - Documents:
