This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.
Supply/Service needed: Commercial Cable TV & Broadband Internet Service aboard NSF Indian Head, MD from the period of 5 September 2025 to 4 September 2030.
The government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to: COMCAST CABLE COMMUNCATIONS, LLC 1701 John F Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19103-2838, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one available.
