Description
In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Detroit Sector intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with DTE ENERGY COMPANY, 1 Energy PLZ, Detroit, Michigan 48226, for Camera Installation/Deinstallation Services for systems located on DTE Energy Poles. The period of performance for this requirement shall be for a base period from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 and One (1) option year exercisable at the government-s discretion. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561621, small business size standard it $22.0 M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements must submit information about their capabilities no later than 2:00PM ET, 6/20/2025.
