This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (including Attachment Two to the solicitation) are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The associated NAICS code for this procurement is 713990 - (All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries) with a small business size standard of $9 Million Dollars.

This requirement is a Small Business set-aside, all qualified bidders may submit quotes.
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO) Area Port of San Francisco has a requirement for Firearm Facility Services. The Contractor shall provide a non-exclusive commercial firearms facility for weapons qualification and training. Specific services are identified in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1).
Quote submissions must be submitted only by email to the Contracting Officer: Christopher Shaw at: christopher.j.shaw@cbp.dhs.gov. Subject line of the email should read: 70B03C25Q00000143 Quotation Submission: OFO Area Port of SF Firearm Facility Services All quote pricing must be valid for up to 60 calendar days after close of the solicitation.
Interested Quoters must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions must be submitted directly to the quote submission point of contact as indicated above. Questions not received by the question submission deadline of: Friday, March 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM PDT may not be considered.
