Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Brand Name Commercial items, Equipment, and Ancillary Training and Services for Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND). The ceiling value of the IDIQ is $500M (5-year ordering period with options). This requirement is a small business set-aside.Please thoroughly review the attached RFP letter and seven (7) attachments. All instructions in the RFP letter must be followed.Please also note the following key dates. Please reference the RFP letter for full instructions regarding these submissions:-February 24, 2025: All questions about this solicitation and resulting IDIQ are due in the format provided in Attachment 1 - RFP Q&As, via email to Abbey.gallivan@gsa.gov, with a copy to Jennifer.sutherland@gsa.gov and Juliann.mariani@gsa.gov by February 24, 2025 (end of day). No verbal inquiries will be honored. No questions of any nature or form will be directed to any personnel other than those listed above. The Government will not pay for any information received in relation to this solicitation.-March 24, 2025: Proposals due by 4 PM EST. Respondents are responsible for ensuring that their proposal is fully compliant to all RFP instructions, submitted to the individuals specified in the RFP letter, and ensuring confirmation of receipt is received.Note: Other PSC and NAICS codes than those listed on this posting may be utilized on individual delivery orders under this IDIQ.
Submission of Intent to Provide Proposal GSA requests that prospective offerors email the following individuals NLT 4:00 p.m. ET on 2/24/2025, indicating their intent to submit a proposal, possibly submit a proposal or not submit a proposal by the deadline listed above. Responses are encouraged for GSA planning purposes, but not required to submit a proposal.
