Description:
Description : The on-site counselor will work in conjunction with the CD and center staff in developing the overall design of Placer Center's On-Site Counseling Program. It is expected that the counselor will address Corpsmember problems on three levels: crisis intervention, case management, and education. Due to the limited amount of counseling hours available, it would be impractical to use a counselor's time to provide Corpsmembers with lengthy and intensive therapy. Therefore, the approach needs to be one of short-term crisis counseling, education and linking Corpsmembers with community resources for longer term care, and education/support activities, with the Contractor monitoring progress.Contractor shall be expected to provide program data to the CCC on a monthly basis, using the CCC Counseling Program Individual Contact Report (CCC 131A) and the CCC Counseling Program Group Contact Report (CCC 131B).
