Real Time Controllers for UCB Sequence of Event Recorder (SER)PURPOSE: Bureau of Reclamation, Curecanti Field Division has a requirement to replace real ¿¿me controller to perform powerplant sequence of event functions. Sequence of Event Recorder (SER) systems provide a time-tagged sequenced record of events to aid in identifying and diagnosing power plant events. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 12- Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial services, and Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The BOR intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this requirement. This source sought is issued solely to establish if there are any businesses that sell the required parts. This is NOT a Request for Proposals nor an Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of the submission of contractor's information. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for proprietary information not properly identified. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations.
