- CCUA is accepting proposals from qualified Suppliers for Refresh of its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System. This is to be a turnkey package that will include hardware, software, installation and related services.APPROVED EQUIVALENTSSolutions and systems stated herein establish the desired quality and features acceptable to CCUA. However, CCUA will accept solutions and/or systems it deems equivalent.
