The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) at the St. Louis Regional Benefits Office is soliciting to obtain License and Software Maintenance Support for its CCure 9000 System (Serial Number 9-17923, Software Version #2.90, Model Series - P) include remote installation for St. Louis Regional Office. The vendor will provide a Factory Certified PASS technician to conduct software maintenance and repairs. It is the intent of the government to issue a sole-source contract for required services.
This requirement is for full maintenance coverage by providing all replacement parts, software, labor, travel expenses, tools, test equipment and other incidentals necessary to maintain or restore the listed equipment to operating specifications according to the manufacturer-s recommendations throughout the term of the contract. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. Vendor must have manufacturer autorization and certification to service and maintain the devices and have access to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) parts, manuals, and schematics to perform the service.
The attached request for quote (36C10D25Q0175) defines the scope of the requirement, duration to include option periods.
