The US Embassy Dar es Salaam wishes to solicit your technical proposal and proforma cost estimate on the supply and installation of roof cover (corrugated iron sheets) as per scope of work (SOW). U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a reputable and responsible company submitting a quote which is technically acceptable and at the lowest price.
A site visit will be held on September 17, 2024. at 04:00 p.m. at the CDC Office. Interested contractors should submit no more than two names of attendees to the address DarProcurementbid@state.gov with subject line Request for site visit PR12790304 - CDC - Building Roof Repairs not later than September 16, 2024. at 03:00 p.m. East africa Time.
Quotations are due by September 25, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. East Africa Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov
