The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The sources sought respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or costs incurred in response to this sources sought; all costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the interested party-s expense. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be issued via SAM.gov. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for the operationalization of a three-year Pharmacy Benefits Manager to administer pharmacy benefits for a limited health care benefit program (the WTC Health Program). The Program anticipates a transition-in (implementation) period not to exceed 12 months, plus one year of full operations post-go-live, with a transition-out period not to exceed 12 months in the final option period (third contract year). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
